Reiki Sessions

• 30 minutes
  A brief, restorative session channeling universal life energy through gentle, non-invasive hand placements or hovering to promote relaxation and balance. Ideal for quick stress relief, emotional clarity, or minor energy shifts.

• 60 minutes
  A deeper experience fostering inner peace and vitality. Addresses everyday tensions, emotional blocks, or physical discomfort by aligning your energy flow for renewed harmony.

• 90 minutes
  An extended journey for profound healing. Helps with chronic stress, deeper emotional release, or holistic rejuvenation, leaving you feeling empowered and centered.

Advanced Energy Work (Requires Prior Reiki Sessions for Assessment)

• Energetic Cord Cutting: (90+ minutes)
  Building on standard Reiki, this loving process severs unhelpful energetic ties to people, events, or things you’re ready to release. It supports emotional freedom, closure, and forward momentum—not offered in initial sessions to ensure it’s right for you.

• Inner Child/Past Trauma Healing: (90+ minutes)
  A nurturing extension of Reiki, directing compassionate energy to your inner child or past wounds for gentle healing and integration. Fosters self-love, resolution, and growth—available after initial sessions to confirm benefits.
